Orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days from our fulfillment center. You will receive a tracking link by email the moment your shipping label is created.

How to start a return
- Email support@metrianutrition.com with your order number.
- We'll send return instructions and a return address.
- Once we receive the return, refunds are processed within 5 business days to the original payment method.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
