When you buy Metria Berberine, you get 60 days from the day your order arrives to decide whether it's right for you. Your first bottle is fully covered — empty, half-used, or completely full. If you decide it's not for you, we refund your money, period.
This isn't a “satisfaction guarantee” in name only. It's a real, no-friction policy designed to remove any reason to hesitate.
We built Metria because we believe people deserve real products with real research behind them — not marketing-driven supplements with rotating claims. A 60-day, empty-bottle guarantee is how we put our money where our mouth is. We'd rather lose a sale than win a customer who feels stuck with a product that isn't working for them.

Ship Back Unopened Bottles (Bundle Customers)

- Customer covers return shipping
- We recommend tracked shipping for your protection

Refund Processed
- Bottles inspected within 2 business days of arrival
- Refund issued to your original payment method
- Funds typically appear in 3–5 business days (depending on your bank/card)

05 / Subscriptions
If you're on a subscription.
You can pause, skip, or cancel your subscription anytime from your account dashboard:
- No cancellation fees ever
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours before your next shipment apply to that order
- No phone calls required
- No “are you sure?” hoops
If you forgot to cancel before a shipment processed:
- You're still covered by the 60-day guarantee on that bottle
- Email us — we'll handle it the same way as any other refund request
06 / Upsells
If you accepted an upsell.
The guarantee applies to your final order — exactly as it ships — no matter how the bottles got there. Whether you added them on the product page, accepted a one-click upsell after checkout, or upgraded from a single bottle to a bundle, you're covered the same way.
For bundle math, the per-bottle rate is always calculated from the final order total. So if you upgraded from a 1-bottle to a 3-bottle order at checkout, the refund on sealed bottles uses the 3-bottle bundle rate — not the single-bottle price.
- First bottle: fully refundable, opened or empty — every order, every time
- Sealed extras (from upsells, upgrades, or original cart): refundable at the final bundle per-bottle rate
- No penalty for accepting an offer at checkout — the same 60-day window applies
Upsells exist because they save you money on a longer supply — they should never feel like a trap. The guarantee is identical either way.

Guarantee FAQ.
- Do I have to give a reason for my refund?
- No. We'll ask once if you'd be willing to share why — your feedback helps us improve — but it's optional. Decline if you prefer, and we'll process your refund without further questions.
- What if my bottle was damaged in shipping?
- Email us with a photo. We'll replace it at no cost — no need to invoke the guarantee. This is a quality issue, not a satisfaction issue.
- What if I lose my order number?
- Just include the email address used at purchase and approximate order date. We'll find it.
- What if I bought through Amazon (or another retailer)?
- You'll need to contact that retailer directly — their return policies apply. We only guarantee orders placed at metrianutrition.com.
- Can I get a refund and then re-order?
- Yes. The guarantee is for protecting your trial, not preventing future orders. We just ask that customers don't repeatedly refund the same product.
- Do you require the bottle back for the first-bottle refund?
- No. The first bottle is on us regardless of its condition. You can keep it, donate it, recycle it — your choice.
- How long does the refund actually take?
- Refund issued by us: within 2 business days of email. Funds in your account: 3–5 business days (depending on your bank). Total typical timeline: 5–7 business days from email to money back.
- Is there a limit to how often I can use the guarantee?
- The guarantee applies to first-time orders or new subscription starts. Customers using the guarantee repeatedly on the same product may be limited to one refund per household.
- I accepted an upsell at checkout — am I still covered?
- Yes, fully. The 60-day, empty-bottle guarantee applies to every bottle in your final order regardless of how it was added — original cart, post-purchase one-click upsell, or any bundle offer. The first bottle is always refundable opened; sealed extras are refundable at the final bundle per-bottle rate.
- I upgraded from a 1-bottle to a 3-bottle bundle at checkout. How are refunds calculated?
- We use the per-bottle rate of the bundle you actually paid for. So sealed bottles from your 3-bottle order refund at the 3-bottle rate, not the higher single-bottle price. You always keep the bundle savings on what you return.
- I added a subscription upsell — can I still cancel and get refunded?
- Absolutely. Adding a subscription at checkout doesn't change anything about the guarantee. Your first shipment is covered for 60 days, opened or empty. You can pause, skip, or cancel future shipments anytime from your account — no calls, no fees.
